Lauren Phillips is a radio host and television presenter. She and Jason “Jase” Hawkins host Nova 100’s breakfast show, Jase & Lauren, which can be heard weekdays in Melbourne from 6am to 9am.

Lauren has carved her path to become one of Australia’s most loved presenters, after building a career across TV, radio and live events. After landing a presenting role on Postcards, Channel Nine’s popular Victorian travel program in April 2008, Lauren’s media profile continued to skyrocket. The show still sees her travel around the State to present travel and lifestyle stories. She has also travelled to Canada and Ireland with the show.

In 2020 and 2021 Lauren was the weather presenter on Channel 9’s Weekend TODAY program and the role took her across Australia each weekend. Lauren also presented various segments on The TODAY Show. Alongside these TV roles, Lauren also co-hosted Kids WB nationally with Go! for nine years and presented on Channel 9’s Helloworld Travel show, along with popular travel program, Getaway. She also presented the ‘colour’ stories on location at Channel 9’s coverage of the 2019, 2020 and 2021 Australian Open Tennis.

In addition, Lauren has showcased her presenting skills on the Nine Network’s Today Show, Today Extra, A Current Affair, the Logies, Nine News Now and 20 to 1, the Australian Women’s Weekly Easter and Christmas specials, and has sung live at Carols by Candlelight.

In 2021, The Jase & Lauren show debuted on KIIS 101.1FM and grew a strong and loyal audience over its two and a half years, before finishing up at the end of 2023. Listeners and radio industry experts alike were shocked at the cut, with the show achieving its highest ratings ever and peak popularity at the end of its run.

Jase & Lauren were announced as Nova 100’s new breakfast show in February 2024, with the first show airing March 8, 2024. The announcement of the show’s new home received an overwhelmingly positive response with listeners and within the industry and has gone on to win multiple ratings surveys.

Lauren is also a sought-after brand ambassador and has worked with brands such as Piper Heidsieck, CeraVe, Mazda, La Roche Posay, L’Oreal, Longines, Telstra and Marriot Bonvoy. She is also in high demand for corporate appearances and MC work.
